How do I cancel a Culture Pass reservation?
What if I printed out my CulturePass reservation?
To cancel a reservation that hasn't yet been printed/downloaded you can log into your Culture Pass account (https://culturepass.nyc/), go to "My Reservations", and there hit the "Cancel Reservation" button.
If you do not see a "Cancel Reservation" button, then your Culture Pass reservation had been printed out (aka downloaded), and a cancelation isn't possible.
When you'd selected "Print/Download" you had been prompted with the following:
"If you retrieve your pass, you will be unable to cancel your reservation. Do you wish to continue?"
The Culture Pass FAQ page offers the following information:
"You can only cancel a pass if you have not clicked on the 'Print/Download' button and agreed to the warning that passes cannot be cancelled after viewing or printing. For this reason, we recommend printing your pass one day prior to your reservation. Library staff cannot cancel passes for you. If you need to cancel, please do so with three days notice (when possible) to allow someone else to use the pass."
