Normally with an active NYPL library card number (just the digits - no spaces, dashes, etc) and your PIN/password you can access CulturePass from this Web page:
https://www.culturepass.nyc

Keep in mind that online library cards (such as those starting with 25555, or 23333999) are not eligible to use the Culture Pass program.

To upgrade an online card account to one that can be used for Culture Pass access, please visit one of our branches (https://www.nypl.org/locations) with proof of identity and proof of your current home address in New York State (https://www.nypl.org/help/library-card/terms-conditions#Eligibility ). Staff will upgrade the account type to permit access to Culture Pass. The museums and cultural institutions that are generously providing free admission require this extra step to ensure the program is being used only by eligible Empire Staters.
